The Number is charged at U.K National Rate (Approximately 9p Per Minute). Electrowise Support is based in the United Kingdom, without any call centres. All calls will be dealt with direct by a trained ElectroWise engineer. You will not be put on hold incurring extra charges. If the phone is engaged you will need to ring again as it means that our engineers are tied up with other customer enquiries.
